Shipping Policy

Shipping Availability: We ship to US.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 Business Days.
◦ Please note we only ship Monday–Friday. (If you placed an order over the weekend it will ship the following Monday)

Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to meet our customers’ expectations.
◦ Shipping: 7–15 Business Days
◦ Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

Out of Stock Items: In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Items: If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
